I love it looks of these led bulbs.
I never had them before but I know this would be a good option for high beams.
Low beams and fog lights, not so much. Unless u have no room. This is a decent option. And here’s why.
The design, the quality 6063 aluminum material are definitely high quality.
A very nice thin body of the deadspace between the two sided led is on point.
And the led chips are on a slightly hair larger side since it has 8 pieces of the CSP led chips. Still a great option.
Very impressive to see these drawing 55W, that’s 5500 lumens per bulb.
And a very good price of $50 a pair.
But here’s the drawbacks about this product.
While it is great product.
This led bulbs once again, does not have an adjustable collar. I wish Auxito would truly wish they make all in Ken style led bulbs with an adjustable collar.
2: from top to the bottom of the led bulb and the base matches perfect, and the size of the cooling looks slightly on the medium side which is a little better than others that has a super tiny itty bitty fan that will not pull the heat away properly.
But despite that, this bulb draws 55W, this led bulb does not even have dual or not even a single copper heat pipe, that helps to draw the heat down from the led chips, flow down the aluminum heatsink to the base and pull the heat away with a small fan.
2: if car light review tested these series of the led bulbs, which he should tested all the fanless led bulbs, AND test the M3S,M5S, and now this the M6S.
Because with perfect match size halogen bulb of this led bulb, drawing 55W, this will level off the brightness and raise the temperature high really fast, after 27 minutes of run time which is the average commuter time in the US.
If it has an external driver for heat management and longevity, this will be a great option.
To me, this led bulb would mostly be great option for high beams, not so much for low beams or even fog lights.
This should be reduce around 280 degrees Fahrenheit after 27 minutes of run time.
If it had a big beefy 25mm-35mm cooling fan, oh this led bulb will pull the heat away muuuuuch much more efficiently and the temperature will be drop alot more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
If I want all-in-one style led bulbs.
And I always recommend to others as well.
For low beams it would be Auxito - M3
Fog fog use is the either Auxito - M3 or 10S.
And high beams, these Auxito - M6S is the best for high beams.
So Auxito if ur reading this, or Auxito developers, or whoever idea that makes this super sweet M6S.
Honestly I truly wish u redesign this led bulbs. And this should implies to the rest that did not have adjustable, like the Y13 and Y19.
I wish u redesign all the all in one style fanless and cooling fan led bulbs with adjustable collar.
This implies to ur products like
Auxito - L2
Auxito - B3F
Auxito - B3
Auxito - M4
Auxito - M6
Auxito - i9
Auxito - 10S
Auxito - M3
Auxito - Q16
Auxito - M3S
Auxito - M5S
&
Auxito - M6S
Especially the 10S and M3 that’s been tested by CarLightReviews, they are well balance.
I wish the M3S and even M6S were draw about 20W-25W. That would be a much better balance and that the led bulbs will be able to handle the heat built up overtime.
Q16 and M5S, maybe 10W-15W less than what the Q16 making 50W and M5S making 60W.
Which is the best for using low and high beam?
Well if it has a dual bulbs one for low and one for high.
Auxito 10S,M3,and Y13 is great for low beams and fog lights.
High beams would be option for high beams as well.
But for Auxito - M3S,M5S,M6S,Q16, and Y19 is better for high beams for that brute force high performance high wattage led bulbs.
And for fog lights.
All fanless led bulbs like L2,M4,M6,B3F,& i9 is great option, and they will be a good option for low beams if u do not want moving parts.
10S,M3, and even the B3 is great for fog lights.
B3 was not that great for low beams since CarLightReviews tested those, and he perform those using both low beam projectors and reflector headlights. Not so great for headlights.
Probably better for fog lights, make sure that if any of u are reading this, if u get the B3 with an external driver, check ur vehicle to see if the sheet metal is very close to the halogen bulb socket installation.
Hopefully it’s long enough to reach with the external driver to mount them on the sheet metal to dissipate the heat properly.
All in one style is always better for fog lights.
Low beams is also great with all in one style led, but with external driver for heat man and longevity, and the led bulbs will do its own job to pull the heat away from the led chips, so it draw down to the copper pipe or copper PCB, down to the aluminum heatsink and get pulled away by a high quality cooling fan.
So that’s my truly honest review, I still find this a great product. To me it’s better for ...
